Looking at peoples profiles there seem to be a lot of ppl living inside the airport these days. Or is it an actual area in the pale called Dublin Airport?

Yes, the famous Dublin Airport - home to many people. lol
I think the reason is that the Irish areas where extracted from a postcodes database.

It has to do with postcodes or phone numbers or something....or wasn't Ireland the country that doesnt have any postcodes?

i think its a far better idea and far easier than in the north were we have all this bt14 bt25 bt89 bullshit...same as the number plates for cars down south are better than in the north, down south they have the date the car was made, and the city and people know and remember it easy...like (d 99) would be dublin 1999 ya know?

in the north its all this dex5863 shit that nobodys knows what the hell it means..

same as the rates down south, you want your bin emptied, you buy a sticker from the post office ..stick it on the bin and it gets collected...in the north we are being ripped off with rates for this rates for that...even if you live up a country lane with no water or electric you still get a massive rates bill in the north...i think we should simplify things like in the south and have more of a social outlook to things instead of this mad way they do things in the north and GB.

As a new member and profiled as Dublin Airport I feel I can offer you all an explanation.

It's actually all down to Michael O'Leary and Ryanair. I arrived in Ireland for a short visit three months ago but have been unable to leave the airport. Having paid 99p for my flight, £10 for rental of the steps to get onto the aircraft, £23.99 for a seat cushion, £18. 43 + £4.43 tax for a seatbelt (compulsory) and £122.98 for the oxygen I used en-route, I arrived with an empty wallet.
I now have no money to pay my £54.32 luggage retrieval fee. I need my luggage to pass the underwear clenliness check (£32.99) and zip standardisation inspection (a very reasonable £3) before I am allowed to leave.
I now share a squat under the steps to the departure lounge with around 300 others in a similar position. I have appealed to the Garda but they say it is a civil matter, the Airport Manager is too scared of Mr O'Leary to take action and the transport minister has been bought off by Ryanair's enforcer.

PLEASE HELP!

I blame the Queen. I demand a 32 country republic with rule from Dublin. Our way or the highway!
