Just about what you were saying about lads being gay or taken when you meet them and think youd be into them, also the immature lads.

When people are in a relationship, they are more confident. It is part of a primal thing that everybody does subconciously. When you meet some1 and are in a relationship you( especially men) will appear more confident to show off to your mate (male or female) to get them to want to breed with you..

Gay people tend to be more confident in alot of ways because they have less of a chemical urge to reproduce and are just plain randy in most cases.. (notice i said most cases) get that in there to stop arguements later

Immature People who are not in a relationship tend to appear immature insome cases because they are trying to show off to impress the opposite sex, Just like when you see a (Male) Dog humping another (Male) Dog, Male in brackets as i do know the male is the dog and the female is the bitch.. they do this to impress the bitch by showing her basically what they can do and to attract them.. Not because the dog is gay, or randy or Bisexual when he humps the bitch aswell.

Trust me, I know this stuff.. College was good for sumthin.

Anyway now all the Intelectual shite is out of the way and everybody understands why single people act silly and the 1 u want is always taken or doing sylvester, marcus or lance. we can all go out and get the Love we want

By the way.. Howya every1 Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

this guy makes alotta sence

I find the ratio of women to men are 2:1 so its harder to find a comptabile partner.. and as well - what you are saying is right.. they eitheir have baggage, immature, too young, gay, married, just looking for casual, bit on stupid side, or just not worth bothering with! sorry guys... me and alot of my single friends have come to the conclusion, when it comes to Dublin, theres not much out there. Not that we are picky, theres simply not much to pick from.

i can see why your single!!lol..no one could love you as much as yourself!!the thing about the apple tree proved it also..there is way more men than women in ireland so the like of yourself get spoilt....hit on in nightclub cause of ladyshortage..begin thinking your so much better..amm..go to another country and see if same happens..probably not!!irish women arent as admired in other parts of the world..bitchyness doesnt work as well!..p.s you will probably wait for that badboy to come along, treat you like shit and think he's the best ever as a result!! Wow this got heated really quickly.

I agree with what everyone says...boys and girls alike.

It seems that PEOPLE have too much baggage these days. I have two kids....and a lot of guys just don't want to bother. But then again... a large population of women have children now...men too!
As for the gay route..... men have always been gay....same with women....it's only in the last while that it's become acceptable to BE gay. So I decided that I'm going to be greedy and take the best of both worlds...I'M BI haha. But still...can't find a date.... Not as if I'm really picky either....I just never get approached.... oh well...

The last Irish guy I went out with was a year and a half ago.....he now stalks me.
The one before that, was my kids' dad.... he is now married and doesn't bother with his children.

I usually go for guys who are not from Ireland...although it's not a conscious decision....it just happens that way. My last boyfriend was from Manchester. The one before that, from Tunisia lol.

Lower your demands have fun with fun people rather than no fun with anyone. cook food together and have a bottle of wine together whilst cooking, talk...activities does not have to be agedependent all the time....granted, sometimes age are important, but not always.

have not read your profile so im talking just from my own opinion...and people say im "full of it",,,

otherwise, good luck with Mr solitude...nothing wrong with enjoying your own company

well...when you meet someone, just ask them about their sexual orientation straight away, instead of waisting time on someone whom does not even like your gender but likes to bender for male friender..lol..

For my friends and I its all about confidence and the fear of rejection which would be a sticking point. In getting knocked back if I went up to someone is hard to take but its developing a thick skin for it. I think now personally I don't mind it as they're just being honest. Also I have had some pretty good dates from just stepping up..
