Just wondering if anybody here ever goes to them. I think people must be mad, half the time when I see them there it is freezing cold. Maybe Brittas Bay for the one scorching week of the year but other than that.

I've been surfing a few times this year, mind u, I had a a wet suit on. Some nice beaches down Cork way.

jesz, just realised I havn't swam in an Irish beach in 20 years, how sad is that. Rite i'm off swimming cya's

I grew up on the beach and have been all over the world at different beaches and honestly the beach at home is nicer than the bondi's, byrons, taurangas, waimea's, waikikis, ko phi phi's and phukets and balis, all of them, tramore on a nice hot day, chill on the beach side with your friends, eating ice cream, luaghing and surfing ya really cant beat it. And even in winter surfing Very Happy

I'm about an hour away from Tramore, is the surfing good there? I'm crap at it but it's a good laugh
