I know this is like asking "What is the meaning of life" Laughing but hear me out and give me a min to explain.
I was on a few dates with a few girls. Not gonna deny that. I don't want to sound big headed, and probably can't say this without sounding like that, but I like to think that I'm alright looking and that I'm charming, funny, ginuwine and a perfect gentleman when I'm on a date. Dosen't matter if it's the first one or the 99th one! Don't wanna sound like I think that "I am the perfect man" but atleast I'm a genuwine nice guy who can make a girl laugh.
Even if a girl finds a guy who she thinks is close to perfect, or just about, why push him away or try and find bad thinks about him so you have an excuse to not see him anymore? Are you girls intimidated? worried that he is going to cheat? Scared? What is it????
If he is going out with you, shouldn't that be enough to make you understand that he likes you?

Let me know what you think Wink

Not a girl (obviously!) but for starters, you have to be a gentleman/genuine for more than just dates. Maybe some are frightened by a man that is TOO perfect, which makes sense, if somebody is putting on the perfect gentleman act, it is easy to see through that it is an act and that the mask will slip when the initial dates are over. That's why you have to be honest and genuine, and be yourself!! Nobody is the "perfect" man, you just have to be a nice man that they like. Make her laugh, feel special etc

But I'm not just asking cous it's only happening to me heyyup. My mates and there mates are having the same problem!

But I get heyyup is saying tho. When you are chatting to someone for a few days on the net and than go on a date, it all could look and feel different when you meet...well I hope that is what you are saying?? (and not that you mean that I am ugly lol) Laughing

Hi Becker Smile

Fear of commitment is a harsh issue at times...maybe the women think u are too good to be true and figure its all a show. Sometimes it is hard for people to not pick apart someone they like because they are afraid that if they fall too deeply in love with someone they are then vulnerable to being hurt, alot of people will give it their all once then get hurt and its a long process to get someone to trust anyone again to that depth, but it could happen over time. My opinion would be that if they are picking you apart within the first few dates they're probably not someone you want to pursue either way. You need someone who would love everything about you (good and bad) and not tear u apart and point out all your bad traits.

I don't think women are afraid of a man thats 'their kind of perfect' - wouldn't it be class if we all got to get what we were looking for

there was absolutely no insult intended in what i wrote at all.. all im sayin is that if u meet the right one u will stick around and if not u will move on to the next, im sure u have left girls that thought they were 'perfect' too but in ur mind they werent so u see it has to come from both sides!
